Terms and Condition (T&C)

Dear buyers who are interested in getting items from the sprees that we organized. please do read our T&C before placing any orders with us.
Once you have an order with us, we will take it as you have read our T&C and agreed on every terms listed on your T&C.

1. Each spree has different waiting time ( app 2-6 weeks) we would appreciate if buyers understand this before placing an order with us to prevent any misunderstand. we will update the status on each spree on this blog for easy checking for all buyers.

2. note that buyers will have to bear, 1. the shipping fee charged for each item as items from each spree are shipped in most from taiwan to singapore. 2. local postage fee, if buyers did not choose meet ups as their collection mode.

3. to place and order with us, buyers will have to send in an email to us, in the same format listed and wait for our reply regarding payment amount.

4. please transfer the payment amount listed in our reply in the given time that we have provided, any late payment will be considered as VOID of order.

5. No cancellation of orders or refund will be made once payment is made. HOWEVER if the item that you have ordered in OUT OF STOCK , full refund will be made.

6. please understand that items bought might be 1. slightly different in colour due to lighting, monitor resolution. 2. items may be slightly different in measurements die to mass production.

7. please note that we are not responsible for any defects in the item that you have purchased, but we will try our best to ask for an exchange but buyers will have to bear all shipping chargers for any exchange made.

8. we have the right to cancel or extend the closing date of any spree if the minimum order of the items required by the spree owners are not met. full refunds will be made if we decide to cancel any spree.

9. we are not liable for any lost mail in the event that buyers have chosen normal mail as their collection mode due to the unavailability of tracking number. registered mail is highly recommended by us.

10. as of 9th OCT 2008 meet ups are subjected to our availability. we will probably meet buyers at BOON KENG, DHOBY GHAUT AND DOVER ONLY,. AND TIMING AT OUR CONVENIENCE.
